Reviews and Ratings
I felt very safe with the secure access needed for the lift and building entry after 7 pm. The rooms were basic with limited breakfast choices, but the bonus complimentary breakfast and the availability of a washing machine and dryer were convenient at a great price.
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and tidy rooms, which stood out compared to other places I've stayed in Brisbane. While a bit compact, the cleanliness and contemporary decor really made up for it. The location was perfect for the family wedding we attended, and the dining options were great, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and reach the main attractions. The rooms were adequately equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom, although the persistent smell of cigarette smoke was a drawback. The daily service could have been more frequent, as every second day felt a bit sparse. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we needed to contact the owner at an early hour due to flight cancellations. The dining options were limited and the closing time was quite early. The location, while central and close to public transport, lacked any exceptional views or standout features. The facilities offered were basic and functional, suitable for a short stay.
The hotel is centrally located with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from, offering fantastic rooms albeit with a slightly small shower. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring the city center. The dining experience was good but could be more varied. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of the city.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and nicely furnished rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited options for breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
